A moderator checks it. Once approved it goes live and the points land in your account.

Hit a milestone and the badge is yours for good — shown on your profile and the leaderboard.

Ways to earn points
Points are awarded when your contribution is approved. Visitor experiences are a friendly exception — anyone can leave a tip, no account or points needed.
